**Job Description**: This role will support the accounting operations in all day to day activities and assist Financial Manager **Responsibilities** - Day to day accounting activities - General administrative tasks: contact with bank, suppliers and all departments, in order to maintain a good cooperation and to interact on possible future problems. - Assisting financial manager with month, quarter, year-end closing - Monitoring cash flow requirements - Controlling AR / AP / General Ledger - Managing preparation of all financial reports & balance sheets - Preparations of the budget - Analysis of the budget versus actual results - Process optimization - Maintaining contact with auditors, tax specialists, banks and other finance related parties - Preparing VAT declaration - Assisting financial manager in day to day operations - Replacing financial manager in case of absence - Ensure all matters consistent with Global & company policies and Laws **Job Requirements**: Generic Standards** - Thinking critically - Good communication skills : both oral and written - Computer literacy - Stress resistant - Team player, but also able to work independently **Dimensions / KPI’s** - Timely invoicing to customers - Accuracy of documents across the department. - Systems effectiveness - On time reporting & effectiveness - Documentation turnover effectiveness - Complete and publish average reporting (to HQ) within planned time - frame. - Dimensions / KPI’s - Timely invoicing to customers - Accuracy of documents across the department. - Systems effectiveness - On time reporting & effectiveness - Documentation turnover effectiveness - Complete and publish average reporting (to HQ) within planned time - frame. **Qualifications/Experience** Higher Education; Accounting / Economics / Professional qualification >5 years experience Senior Accountant or Financial Manager knowledge of different accounting software ( Microsoft AX would be a benefit, SAP, Oracle, etc ) knowledge of business languages: English, excellent Excel skills
