**Dein Fokus**:

- Du sprichst Kandidat*innen direkt an, baust Netzwerke auf gängigen Plattformen auf und nimmst an Recruiting-Events teil
Du arbeitest eng mit Fachbereichen und Führungskräften zusammen, um Anforderungsprofile zu schärfen und passende Kandidat*innen zu identifizieren

- Du entwickelst und setzt neue Recruiting-Strategien und -Formate um, um Top-Talente zu gewinnen
Du treibst das Social Media Recruiting aktiv voran und entwickelst neue Such
- und Recruitingstrategien im Rahmen des Active Sourcings

**Bereit für Detecon?**:

- Erfolgreich Abgeschlossenes Bachelor
- oder Masterstudium in Personalmanagement oder Wirtschaftspsychologie
Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Active Sourcer - idealerweise im Beratungsumfeld
Expertise in allen relevanten Tools und Techniken, die für eine perfekte Suche erforderlich sind
Eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise Verhandlungssichere Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse
Deine Neugier auf neue Trends und die Suche nach neuen innovativen Ansätzen runden dein Profil ab
