**Your responsibilities**:

- Your are responsible for the preparation, review and consolidation of reporting packages as part of the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
- You will independently oversee the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS for the subsidiary in Poland.
- You will also provide support in the Human Resources department, for example in the preparation of employment contracts and monthly salary runs.
- You will be a contact person for various business areas, cooperate with external service providers and work closely with them to improve our financial processes.
- You are always up to date with the latest IFRS standards and support the creation and updating of Group-wide accounting standards as well as guidance and coordination with Group companies.
- You will support exciting special projects at Group level, such as the introduction of a new ERP system, adjustments to the scope of consolidation or the further development of internal Group reporting tools.
- You will also contribute your creative ideas to the development and documentation of business processes and accounting guidelines.
- You can also use your talent to provide insightful financial analyses and key performance indicators.
- You post accounting documents, prepare VAT declarations, bank transfers and post bank statements.
- You handle accounting and calculation of reserves, currency valuations, deferred tax, accruals, etc.
- You prepare tax returns and reports for internal purposes and for external institutions (US, ZUS, GUS, NBP).
- You confirm and reconcile balances with contractors.

**Your profile**:

- You have a degree in business administration with a focus on (group) accounting, finance or controlling.
- You have experience in (group) accounting as well as knowledge of IFRS and have ideally already worked in an international context.
- You have strong analytical skills and a high degree of initiative.
- We value your IT affinity coupled with your strong understanding of figures and processes. If you already have experience with SAP and LucaNet, this would be an additional advantage.
- Fluency in Polish and good communication skills in English round off your profile and support you in your daily communication with our various business units.
