**Working student PLM Governance PMO**: - Standort: - Vor Ort/Hybrid/Mobiles Arbeiten: Mobiles Arbeiten (> 50% mobiles Arbeiten)**General Information**: This position can be filled in Bremen, Aurich, Holzgerlingen, Emden Raguhn, Remels, Kiel, Rostock, Magdeburg, Mainz, Mannheim, Hof, Marne, Westerstede, Oberkotzau, Burgwedel, Barneveld (NDL) on a part-time basis of 20 hours/week. It is limited to 6 month. **Your tasks**: - Analyze, refine & document End-to-End processes of our Product Lifecycle Management department - Internal management processes like identity & access management (from on - to off-boarding) or subcontractor management (budget planning / tracking / forecasting) - Business processes of each PLM module such as product structure-, document-, part-, CAD-, change & release, digital mockup, architecture or infrastructure management etc. - Occasionally absence replacement: manage shopping carts for hardware & external services as well as purchase orders (creating service entry sheets & good receipts, invoice booking) - Support ongoing strategic projects in documentation & training aspects such as - IT provider management framework - eLearning 2.0 - R&D process landscape update - PLM program configuration & variant management - Enterprise Architecture Mapping **Your qualification**: - Enrolled in a relevant bachelor's or master's program (e.g., Engineering, Information Technology, Business Process Management) - Ability to translate technical information into clear and accessible documentation - Strong attention to detail to capture intricate aspects of PLM processes accurately - Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional & international team environment - Experience with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel etc.) required Ideally (not mandatory) first experience with PLM systems and processes as well as documentation tools (OneNote, ARIS, Confluence etc.) **Your Benefits**: - Flexible working hours and the possibility of remote work - Optimal support from experienced colleagues of the technical and Human Resources department - Exciting and diversified activities in the green growth industry of wind energy - Active work on the green energy transition **Your Contact**: Vanessa Ecker HR Young Talents Team 04941 - 927 646
