**Your Tasks**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of Commercial Excellence strategies and programs.
- Coordinate with local subsidiaries across Europe to ensure alignment and effective execution of commercial strategies.
- Support the analysis and reporting of performance metrics to evaluate the success of Commercial Excellence initiatives.
- Contribute to the creation and dissemination of best practice guidelines and training materials.
- Engage in project management tasks, including planning, scheduling, and tracking project progress.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the central headquarters and across European subsidiaries.

**Your Profile**:

- Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across different cultures and teams. Proficiency in English.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of commercial functions and processes within a multinational company.
- Having knowledge of negotiation is a plus.
