- In July, Delivery Hero SE merged three of its market-leading food delivery businesses, foodora and Yemeksepeti in Europe, and foodpanda in Asia. All three businesses now make up the second-largest organization within the Delivery Hero Group,_ _and leading food and QCommerce delivery in 18 markets in both regions._

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Adtech Revenue Lead to oversee product operations for our Adtech business across Europe and Asia (18 markets & 3 brands). This role requires a unique blend of business acumen, technical expertise, and leadership skills to transform business insights into product needs and drive the agenda with our product team. This role sits under the Chief Revenue Officer, reporting to the Director for Ad Tech Revenue. This role will manage a small size team.

**Your mission**:

- ** Product Operations**: Lead the product operations for the Adtech business, ensuring effective rollouts and coordination of tests to optimize revenue and enhance user experience.
- ** Stakeholder Management**: Collaborate closely with local markets to understand their needs and ensure that the product pipeline aligns with market demands.
- ** Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work with front-end and back-end product teams to balance ad revenue with user experience, also optimizing operational efficiency.
- ** Product Strategy**: Drive the agenda for vendor-facing products, ensuring high product adoption among partners.
- ** Problem Solving**: Act as the primary point of contact for issue escalation and resolution, effectively managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- ** Market Insights**: Stay abreast of industry trends and market developments, using insights to anticipate partner needs and provide innovative solutions.

**Your Heroic skills**:

- 6+ years of experience in Business, Marketing, Product, or a related field, with a background in E-commerce, Management Consulting, or similar fast-paced environments.
- Strong business acumen and strategic mindset with a proven ability to drive results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic setting.
- Analytical skills to assess product performance and identify improvement opportunities.
