**Salary: 30 - 32.500 EUR (Full Time Equivalent)**

**Contracted Hours: Part Time (3 Days)**

The Marketing and Communications Officer (MCO) - Creative will report to the Marketing and Communications Manager - Creative. The MCO role will also work very closely on a day to day basis with the Senior Marketing and Communications Officer to produce images that adhere the departments style and brand equity.

The role will support and deliver on the two primary strands of our Creative team, which includes:

- Photography
- Video

A particular emphasis in the near term is photography and image capture and curation, with the other elements developing over time.

The role will be based at our offices in Ratheim. There may be some travel required depending on photography/videography requirements and there may be an occasion where work is required out-with the regular working hours, therefore some flexibility is required.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Capture and curation of assets, both imagery and video based, that best fit and deliver on the creative strategy, brand guidelines and identified target market.
- Edit assets to create professional, industry-leading imagery and video
- Create content ranging from staged interior shoots within our purpose-built studio; PR / Event photography/film on location; digital marketing imagery such as lifestyle led imagery - flat lay; Promotional video.
- Maintain and update photography / videography studio
- Follow art direction from Creative Manager or Senior MCO when capturing the assets required to communicate the key messaging of products and shoots.
- Follow departments naming structure and filing of assets in order to maintain an organised asset library.

**Person Specification**

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed photographer who can set up a shoot without guidance, follow direction from the Creative manager or Senior MCO and produce high quality assets for inclusion in our monthly promotional activities.

**Experience Required**
- Experience photographing products for promo/marketing for a variety of channels including web, social, print and press (Essential)
- Experience in managing production of video for promo/marketing for a variety of channels including web, social and other digital channels (Desirable)
- Experience working to a creative brief (Essential)
- Experience setting up a creative brief for 3rd party suppliers (Desirable)
- Experience supporting management of a 3rd party supplier (Desirable)

**Functional / Technical Skills Required**
- Experience in using Full Frame Mirrorless Cameras, Continuous Lighting and other studio essentials. (Essential)
- Experience in using software including: Adobe Creative Suite (Proficient in Photoshop & Bridge essential), Tethered Shooting (Essential)
- An understanding of Branding and how that applies to the creation of photos / videos / events (Essential)

**Training and Qualifications**
- Photography / Film-making Qualification (Desirable)
