Your responsibilities
We are looking for a hands-on Working Student/ Intern Talent Acquisition for our team to further scale the recruiting area.
- You are responsible for the entire recruiting process for your student trainee and intern positions - from job posting to contract offer
- You support the preparation and implementation of internal and external personnel marketing activities
- You follow the latest recruiting and active sourcing trends and continuously develop the recruiting process with your team
**Profile**:
- You are studying business administration, human resources management, psychology or a comparable degree programme
- You ideally already have some practical experience in recruiting and/or personnel marketing
- You are characterised by your open, communicative and likeable personality and always convince your environment with your dynamic nature and your independent way of working
- First experience in working with a recruiting software is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in german and englisch
