- _Sensor Signal Conditioning and ASICs_ we are looking for a Global Product Manager (f/m/d) to drive the growth is next Generation Automotive Sensor Products.- Location: Europe or home office location- Responsibilities:
- Responsible for initiating the project (WHAT) with clear target settings and clear top requirements as part of customer requirement specification. Mitigating both commercial and technical risks whilst engaged with the Project Manager during the entire project execution. First level of escalation for the Project Manager during project execution.Be on top of project execution supporting customers and working closely with internal stakeholders (Program Management, Engineering, Application, Quality, Finance, SCM, Sales, FAE, etc.) and lead customer(s).
- Manage gross profit of product over lifetime from idea to end-of-life (EOL)
- Responsible for product lifecycle from product idea to end-of-life (including PCNs and product discontinuation/termination)
- Drive product evaluation to support internal approval process for new business opportunities in alignment with overall product line strategy to continue growth.
- Create partnership and activate engagement with internal & external partners to expand product portfolio.
- Strong support in product roadmap definition. Lead the assigned product portfolio and develop new concepts, embedded with strong USPs, to be the market leader and preferred supplier
- Strong support in market scouting to identify competitive and technological trends at an early stage and evaluate the implementation of innovation ideas.
- Responsible for G2M: define and execute the product market Introduction plan with the support of the required functions to ensure availability of “product package” (documentation, starter kits, flyer, software, FAQ, fighting guide, cross-reference list, order number, etc.) including training of the sales force for the assigned products.
- Support PL strategy: support requiring deep customer, market and competition understanding, PL strategy, in particular product roadmap definition and competitive analysis.
- New biz model and make-or-buy: Propose new business models and make-or-buy decisions to achieve both organic and inorganic growth.

- Degree in Electrical Engineering or Industrial Engineering and Management
- Proven track record of successful innovation covering automotive products. Sensors products and solutions is a plus.
- Application know-how and good product understanding of the Automotive market. Sensor and, in particular, MEMS based pressure sensor market knowledge is a big plus.
- Good product level technical interaction with customers.
- Strong public speaker, comfortable in front of large, senior groups, up to executive management.
- English business fluent. German language nice to have.
