This role will give the opportunity to drive the EMEA team into a class A operating organization which supports the Plant Based business strategy and includes the set-up of new supply chains. You’ll be leading and executing projects across the Bunge Loders Croklaan EMEA supply chain.

**Main Accountabilities**
- Plan and develop Plant Based manufacturing outsourcing capabilities through tolling partners set up, which are needed for the company to be successful in plant based. For example: Smaller particle size, blending, packaging and much more
- Drive strategic Plant Based supply chain projects
- Support the business strategy by defining and building the SC pillar within the commercial excellence roadmap.
- Build and monitor new supply chains for our developing product lines.
- Provide functional leadership and guidance to colleagues.
- Consult, advise and/or teach all relevant stakeholders. Such as; sales, operations, procurement, product management, finance, sustainability, QA, Business Development, A&TS on relevant topics regarding supply chain. External contacts are: forwarders, tollers, certification bodies
- Key Performance Indicators: New product solution outsourcing, Perfect Order Fulfilment (POF) %, Cost, Service complaints

**Major Opportunities and Decisions**

This role is about building something new, instead of only optimizing the supply chain. With regards to innovative products such as plant butter and other plant based products, you’ll, together with your key colleagues and customer, define what is it that we need, followed by identifying the partners needed. You find relationships and then build and manage them. In the meanwhile you will be overlooking the whole supply chain.

You are able to involve the right partners, establish relationships and communicate in a way that builds bridges between departments and geographies. A structured approach is core to your personality, and you are leading and ensuring a high quality of work delivered by third parties. Other skills:

- Master’s degree (Supply Chain, Business Administration, Technical)
- Proven experience for at least 3 years, in similar role/business with focus on appointing and leading external relationships
- Fluent in English
- Advanced technical skills: Excel, ER, Data-Driven
- Experience in a multinational cross-functional environment is helpful
- Solid track record in continuous improvement
