Our client, an internationally active manufacturer with established business, particularly in the automotive industry, is looking for a committed Sales Associate (M/F/d) with Japanese language skills for its European headquarters in Frankfurt.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Acquisition of new clients as well as identification and development of new markets.
- Maintenance and intensive expansion of business relationships with existing clients.
- Professional client support and consulting.
- Development and implementation of effective sales strategies.
- Gaining a deep understanding of the company's product offerings, their functions, pricing, and business policies.
- Regular reporting of sales activities and results to the management team.

**Ihre Qualifikationen**:

- A successfully completed degree or a relevant commercial education.
- Strong connection to Japan or Asia through language skills, exchange programs, studies, or a pronounced interest in the region.
- Relevant professional experience, ideally including internships or activities that enabled initial contacts with Japanese work culture.
- Fluent knowledge of German and English, as well as good knowledge of Japanese.
- Excellent communication skills and negotiation talent.
- Team spirit and the ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural environment. Initiative and self-reliance, coupled with a results-oriented way of working.
