Stay one step ahead and embrace our motto: "Life's Good" We are looking for a: *** **Department**: **Location**: **[BOP] Demand Planning Team Leader (M/F/d)** **Business Operations Planning Department** **Eschborn** **Your responsibilities** - Lead and mentor the demand planning team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. - Develop and implement demand forecasting strategies that align with business objectives and market trends. - Analyze sales data, market conditions, and customer insights to generate accurate demand forecasts. - Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to align demand plans with promotional activities and product launches. - Utilize forecasting tools and software to enhance accuracy and efficiency in demand planning processes. - Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to demand planning, providing actionable insights to senior management. - Conduct regular reviews of forecast accuracy and adjust strategies as necessary to improve performance. - Support inventory management initiatives to reduce excess stock while meeting customer service levels. **Your qualifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or Supply Chain related certification would be a plus. - 5+ years of experience in demand planning or supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. - Proven experience in the consumer electronics or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industries is highly desirable. - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in demand planning software (e.g., SAP, Oracle). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions. - Proficiency in German and English is required; additional languages, especially Korean, are a plus. **Benefits** - Capital accumulation benefits - Cooperate benefits and discounts - Meal allowance - Multicultural environment - Good infrastructure and free parking spaces **Interested?
