- to join our team working for a better future.- The preferred location for the position is in** Hamburg, Germany**.**What you will be doing**

**As Dispatcher your work will focus on these responsibilities**:

- On time, proper and legally compliant commissioning, coordination, and control of shipments for all modes of transport.
- Coordination of all parties involved in the supply chain, including internal departments and external service providers according to customer requirements.
- Communication with service providers, customers, suppliers, and authorities in German and English.
- Creation of transport documentation and statements as requested.
- Tracking of shipments and proactive management in case of issues and delays.
- Compliance with and control of all legal and internal company regulations.
- Carrying out worldwide customs clearance and, if necessary, managing it through service providers.
- Handling of hazardous materials.
- Checking incoming invoices for compliance with negotiated rates and market conditions.

**To be successful in this role we expect you to have**:
- Min. 2,5 years of experience in Forwarding, Warehousing or Logistics
- Willingness to learn and engage in improvement of processes
- Strong self-organising and prioritization skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German**Why you and us?**
