As our Brand Design Lead (M/F/d), you'll be dedicated to shaping our overall brand appearance and our brand design system while collaborating closely with teams across the company like marketing, sales, customer success management, and product. You'll be a core member of the design and the marketing team — brainstorming, coordinating, and collaborating frequently in order to bring to life Moss’ brand across various touchpoints like our website, social media, ad campaigns, sales collateral, printed media - across all of our markets. You will be encouraged to craft outstanding visual solutions, and extrapolate shared patterns and behaviours into reusable components for our brand design system.

**What you will do**:

- Collaborate and build strong relationships across the marketing and product teams and with stakeholders throughout the company to create a cohesive brand experience across each touchpoint.
- Create and lead production of assets for marketing activities across various channels, including Website, Video, Content, Performance Ads, Sales, and Events in collaboration with our Copy team.
- Lead, manage, mentor, and grow your team (currently four people) of visual designers and a motion designer and create an inspirational culture of excellence.
- Manage designers' workloads and help them plan, prioritize, coordinate and execute on their daily tasks through effective processes and communication.

**What you bring to the table**:

- 5+ years of proven experience in developing brand identities from the ground up and delivering best-in-class digital design.
- Leadership experience: Comfortable managing a team of designers, guiding with strong creative direction, sharing feedback openly and helping them grow within their roles.
- Extraordinary attention to detail, while delivering under strict timelines.
- Great at extrapolating and extending shared patterns and behaviors into brand design systems.
- Conceptual and visual expertise to work within existing design guidelines.
- Ego-less and dedicated to a user-first mindset.
- Open about sharing and asking for feedback within the team.
- Collaborative and pragmatic approach to everything you do.
- Contribute to the team's success by taking ownership of your topic areas.
