Your Role
- You are responsible for the creative planning and organization of internal onsite and remote events, to which our international employees are also invited
- You take over reservations and arrangements with restaurants for smaller team events
- You are organizing internal onboarding events
- You are in charge of organizing and sending out our onboarding packages
- You are responsible for the smooth running of our employee anniversaries, gifts for births, weddings and other occasions
- In addition, you will proactively support us in our day-to-day business and gain an insight into international HR work

Your Skills
- You are preferably studying business administration, humanities or social sciences with a focus on business administration, human resources, marketing, communication or event management
- Ideally, you have already gained some experience in the field of event management or HR and have found your professional goal in it
- You are fluent in written and spoken German and English
- You have good organizational skills, creativity, an eye for detail and enjoy working with people
- You have very good MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
- You are a team player, work independently, structured and reliably
- You are also open-minded and show initiative\_\_
