**Who you are**:
- Master / Staatsexamen or equivalent degree in pharmacy, engineering, or life sciences
- Knowledge in statistics and preferably multi-variate data analysis, experience in programming (Python and R) would be an asset
- Preferably experience in working in R&D environment and knowledge of pharmaceutical development of solid oral dosage forms
- Excellent team player with proactive mindset taking personal accountability for delivery of results
- Outstanding presentation, communication and organization skills
- Fluent English and German skills and effective oral and written communication skills
