Unser Auftraggeber ist als Servicedienstleister einer der größten Banken deutschlands täglich damit betraut, die Bank-Kund*innen mit bestem Service außerordentlich zufriedenzustellen.
In seinem Auftrag suchen wir Sie als **Specialist Complaint Management / Beschwerdemanagement** am Standort Diusburg.
**Ihre Aufgaben**:
- Verantwortliche Sachbearbeitung, Prüfung und Beantwortung von Kundenbeschwerden zu Bankprodukten, Mitarbeiterverhalten oder Leistungen der Bank
- Stellvertretung der Teamleitung in fachlichen und personellen Angelegenheiten im Tagesgeschäft
- Schnittstellenfunktion zu den zuständigen Kompetenzträgern im Filialvertrieb und den Fachabteilungen der Bank
**Ihr Profil**:
- Einge Jahre Erfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung und großes Interesse an Bankthemen
- Positive Sichtweise und Empathie für die Belange unserer Kunden (m/w/d)
- Erste Führungserfahrung wünschenswert
- Ausgeprägte Empathie, soziale Komeptenz und den Willen sich kümmern zu wollen
- Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Routinierte PC-Kenntnisse
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
