ooblee is now looking for you as an **Order Associate (m/w/d)** in **Part-time**.

**Responsibilities**:

- Meeting the shops to organize the collection of all the required materials, for examples stickers and brochures;
- Maintaining positive and professional communications, both internally and externally to provide regular product/service information and follow-up;
- Verifying pricing and discounting conditions of sales, customer's identity and location, shipping instructions, to ensure data accuracy;
- Assisting in facilitating resolution of inquiries and customer concerns related to the order and delivery process;
- Ensuring the best customer experience at ooblee partners.

**Qualifications and interests**:

- You have customer facing experience, ideally in retail. You may also have worked in e-commerce;
- Customer service or material planning experience is an advantage;
- You are a top team player, have a strong work ethic, are socially competent and communicative. You are reliable, have good organizational skills and take your own initiative;
- You want to work in a fast-paced startup environment;
- You speak very good German and English.
