Tasks Dive into the dynamic world of AI as a Marketing & Communications working student, where you'll creatively promote cutting-edge AI products and services, engage with tech-savvy audiences, and play a pivotal role in shaping the voice of AI innovation - Copywriting & Content Creation: Craft engaging marketing materials such as social media content (e.g. copy for LinkedIn posts), newsletters, and promotional materials, ensuring alignment with our brand voice and marketing objectives. - Visual Content Development: Work closely with your peers along our style guide to create compelling visuals for our LinkedIn content and website, ensuring a strong visual impact that resonates with our target audience. - Social Media Management: Helping manage and update our social media profiles, engaging with the audience, and tracking social media trends. - Market Research: Conducting research on market trends, customer preferences, and competitors to inform marketing strategies. - Customer Retention Initiatives: Develop and implement strategies for customer retention programs, aiming to increase customer loyalty and engagement through targeted marketing campaigns. - Podcast Production: Coordinate the planning and recording schedules for our podcast (”Boost with AI", see here), prepare episode outlines, and manage the editing and release of episodes on platforms like Spotify and YouTube, ensuring high-quality content delivery. - Website Enhancement: Regularly update and improve our website’s content to enhance user experience and optimize for search engines. - Event Coordination: Helping organize and execute events, webinars, or trade shows, including logistics, invitations, and promotional activities. This position requires a commitment of 20 hours per week. **Requirements**: - Educational Background: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, preferably with some coursework or interest in AI or technology. - Copywriting Skills: Strong writing skills in both German and English with the ability to create engaging and grammatically correct content. - Understanding of Marketing Principles: Basic knowledge of marketing strategies and techniques, including digital marketing. - Technical Proficiency: Experience with content management systems (we use Webflow) and basic knowledge of SEO principles. Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Figma is a plus. - Project Management: Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. - Communication and Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively within a team and with cross-functional departments. - Initiative and Creativity: A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to think creatively to develop new ideas and concepts. - Language Skills: Full proficiency in German (spoken and written) as well as English is a must. - Media Production: Interest and basic skills in audio and video editing software are advantageous for podcast production. - Social Media Proficiency: Familiarity with various social media platforms and how to use them effectively for marketing purposes. - Interest in AI and Technology: A keen interest in AI, staying informed about industry trends and developments. - Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively in a team, often coordinating with technical staff to acc
