**In this role, you’ll**:

- Establish and maintain a product vision and its communication to teams and stakeholders inside and outside the company
- Provide strategic guidance and comprehensive prioritisation via product roadmap
- Accelerate the improvements in software products and overall automation - incl. analysing existing business processes and their target setup
- Discuss new development projects with business units and Tech - particularly regarding their (end customer) desirability and economic validity of software development
- Use suitable quantitative and qualitative research formats to analyse and validate customer needs and desires
- Plan the team structure and resource allocation
- Be responsible for a team of product managers with different seniority levels and their systematic personal development

Your Profile
- Several years of experience in product management
- 2+ years of experience with disciplinary leadership of product teams
- Profound knowledge in agile software development and product ownership for specific teams - ranging from backlog preparation, conceptualization and specification, estimation and planning to support of the implementation phase, validation of acceptance criteria and, ultimately, impact measurement via relevant KPIs
- Analytical mindset and data-driven project approach
- Goal-oriented leadership culture

Please note that we are looking for support in the Berlin office of our portfolio companies. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
