Hey there and welcome to your new Opportunity with us.
Being a Quality Manager is an exciting task, since you are the superhero our clients need. You know what setup of our solutions will satisfy their needs, therefore, these here are your most important tasks:
- Establish the quality process between client side, internal technical teams, and China Head Quarter.
- Be responsible for the correct filling, timely response and reporting all quality documentation.
- Ensure the subcontractor's works are executed and checked in accordance with the project quality plan.
- Plan, implement an conduct subcontractor audits and oversee the fulfillment of KPIs.
- Draft, approve and implement as well as monitor the implementation of the approved site QC plan.
- Analyze and conduct RCA for failures or critical issues NCR´s.
- Conduct training for internal teams, subcontractors and clients regarding the quality plan.
- Working with and training all employees to manage, monitor and improve the health and safety standards on the Sites and projects.
- Being responsible for all quality and safety inspections in the workplace (warehouse, onsite, office).
- Assisting with the creation and management of health and safety monitoring systems and policies in the workplace and audit them.
**Profile**:
All right, all right, so I hope you are now aware of what is up for you, what background should you have in order to feel comfortable with this role? Keep in mind its all about electrical equipment, thats why it is essential for you to have:
- Educated to degree level in an engineering or other technical discipline with proven experience working in a similar role, ideally within a manufacturing/construction/renewables environment.
- Knowledge of Quality performance on sites (QA/QC), experience in development of Quality system (construction, O&M sites, product supplier) from scratch.
- Knowledge of QHSE legislation from Europe and good practice is essential with a formal Quality qualification desirable. Health and Safety is a plus.
- QHSE Internal auditor certificate.
- Proficiency in verbal and written English and Chinese (C1 at least) is needed;
- Multitask experience.
