- Du bist im Herzen des operativen Geschehens In deiner Rolle betreust du unsere Führungskräfte & Mitarbeiter:innen in den Bereichen SCM & Operations an unserem Produktionsstandort Merzig und unterstützt sie bei allen HR-bezogenen Anliegen. Dabei liegt es in deiner Verantwortung, individuelle Personalmaßnahmen zu initiieren und umzusetzen.
- Du navigierst souverän durch die Zusammenarbeit mit den jeweiligen Betriebsräten und sorgst für reibungslose Abläufe im Daily Business.
- Deine Ideen und Impulse sind wegweisend für HR-Projekte, die die Zukunft unseres Unternehmens formen. Dabei behältst du stets den Überblick über Budgets und berücksichtigst dabei auch die saisonalen Anforderungen.

Wenn du bereit bist, sowohl strategisch als auch operativ im HR- Geschehen von Dining & Lifestyle mitzuwirken und gemeinsam mit uns neue Pfade zu erkunden, dann bist du bei uns genau richtig

**Unser perfektes Match**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich HR
- Erfahrungen in der operativen HR-Betreuung, vorzugsweise im Bereich Operations/Produktion
- Tiefe Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht
- Souveräner Auftritt und Kommunikationsgeschick mit der Fähigkeit auch klare Grenzen zu setzen
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, um in allen Bereichen den Überblick zu behalten
- Du sprichst Deutsch und Englisch. Weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil
