***What You'll Do**:
**Location**:Kassel, Germany
**Reports to**:EMEA Manager, R&D Recruiting
- Build and maintain embedded relationships with internal R&D client teams and leaders in Germany
- Deliver monthly recruiting metrics, insights, and consultation on client hiring progress and trends
- Delivery monthly recruiting metrics and insights on client hiring progress and trends
- Leverage data to design timely sourcing and hiring strategies that deliver talent aligned to customer commitments
- Identify and report on trends and recruitment metrics to influence and provide real-time consultation on internal client hiring needs and future TA programs and tools.
- Enable peer recruiters to deliver hires based on internal client road maps, goals, and hiring goals
- Manage full life cycle recruitment processes from sourcing to offer stage
**What You Bring**:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a full-cycle Recruiter; combination of agency and corporate recruiting experience a plus
- 1-2 years experience reporting hiring progress and desired outcomes for leaders aligned to organizations of 50-150
- Decisive and able to push back constructively when appropriate to drive results and create impact
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to network within the industry to identify top performers
- Superb customer service focus, attention to detail and organization skills
