**Who we are...**

AWWG is the global fashion group that integrates the brands Pepe Jeans London, Hackett, and Façonnable, and is the licensed distributor for Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein in Spain and Portugal.

**The project**

To bring the best experience for the brand to the shops in their region by balancing creativity and commercial reality in the shops and shop windows in the regions of Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

**What are the mainly responsabilities?**
- Help to bring the Brand DNA in store via VM and WD experiences, to connect consumers to our brand codes. Follow up and check implementations and setups in the store and WD across regions, facilitate constant feedback and communication to the store teams.
- Curating new talent in stores, working closely with the store teams to detect training needs, local specific strategies and best practices
- Help to develop in store merchandising principles that obey brand needs and commercial operations standards to maximize brand DNA and sales across channel and regions.
- Work closely with CBE team to brainstorm new ideas and initiatives to developed In store experiences, potential region opportunities, analyze trends and competitors best practices, needs and be involved in the communication and training content for the stores and channels.
- Be a role model in store for CBE department, demonstrating an active genuine passion and strong enthusiasm
- Assist in facilitating visual merchandising trainings for the store teams
- Develop the highest brand and product knowledge

**The position may be based in Germany.**

**Requirements of the position**:

- Minimum experience in a similar role of 4 years.
- You could be based in London or any country of the DACH region
- Microsoft Office (Excel y Power Point). An experience of SAP FMS and
- Analysis is welcome.
- Very fluent in English, other European languages are desirable.
