We are seeking a dedicated **Project Specialist (M/F/d)** to join our team in Frankfurt am Main. Reporting to Witali Engelhardt, Manager New Business Europe, you will play a key role in supporting our FM Approvals team in Europe. This position involves collaborating with various corporate departments to facilitate business development and certification activities.
- Assist in European FM Approvals business development efforts.
- Serve as the administrative liaison between local FM operations and other FM Approvals departments.
- Support communication with customers and potential clients.
- Aid in marketing initiatives and trade show preparations.
- Organize travel arrangements and coordinate external and internal meetings.
- Facilitate certification process activities across Europe.
- Maintain CRM systems and other operational tools.
- Provide local support for Business Operations and Finance.
- Consolidate and generate reports.
- Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
- Vocational training.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills in both German and English.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and service-focused.
- Strong organizational and numerical skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Flexible and adaptable.
- Experience in supporting a team is preferred.
- Experience in managing client relationships is a plus.
