**Job Description**:
The Legal Counsel will be part of an international team supporting the increasing demand for legal support of a growing company. The Legal Counsel reports directly to the General Counsel.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Provide legal advice and support to all legal issues worldwide, but mainly in the area of Contract law (Sales and Purchase); Antitrust & Competition law;IP law; Product Liability & Corporate Law.
- Guide Managers and ensure compliance with the applicable laws and regulations.
- Draft and implement new standard templates and administer the existing templates.
- Provide inhouse legal trainings to the TOMRA employees.
- Liaise and manage external legal advisers.
- Cooperate with the Group Compliance Officer.
- Cooperate with the IP Portfolio Manager.
- Monitor legal developments and take appropriate actions.

**Qualifications**:
**About You**:

- Master in Law with 1st & 2nd state exams above average (at least 'satisfactory') or equivalent qualifications of other countries.
- Fluent in spoken & written English, other language is a plus.
- Excellent negation and communication skills.
- Excellent know-how in laws and regulations.
- Ability to combine excellent legal know-how with creative and pragmatic solutions to support the different business divisions.
- Strong interest in technical matters.
- Demonstrate passion and is a role model of TOMRA Culture and our core values.
- Appreciates working in a very international environment.
