The company was founded in 2016 by Alexander Albrecht and Tobias Heim. Our team operates from an office in the heart of Cologne's Ehrenfeld district. We have been part of the Sportfive family since 2021.

**HEY YOU**

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Designer (M/F/d) to join our team. In this role, you will bring your passion for design and creativity to life across various media, leading the visual development of innovative and engaging concepts for global brands. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help elevate the creative output, contributing to projects that range from print to digital and motion graphics.IN

**THIS ROLE YOU WILL**
- Develop and execute creative concepts across multiple platforms, including print, digital media, advertising, and branding projects.
- Lead the design process from initial ideation to final execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables that align with brand guidelines and strategic objectives.
- Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Account Managers, and other departments to ensure a seamless workflow and integrated approach.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creativity with technical precision and adhering to timelines and budgets.
- Create compelling, high-quality visuals, layouts, and presentations that communicate effectively and resonate with target audiences.
- Stay up to date with design trends, new tools, and industry innovations to continually push the creative boundaries.
- Guide and mentor the design team, including junior designers, ensuring smooth workflows and maintaining high standards of creative output.

**TO SUCCEED YOU NEED**
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma) and other relevant design tools.
- Location in the Cologne catchment area or willingness to move there.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your creative vision, technical expertise, and ability to create visually impactful designs.
- Strong conceptual and design skills, with an ability to think strategically and execute with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.

**EVEN BETTER IF**
- A passion for Esports and gaming is a bonus, but we’re happy to support and nurture your interest if you’re new to the scene.
- Additional basic knowledge in tools like Figma, Blender or Cinema 4D.
