You support our team as

Digital Learning Content Creator (f/m/d)

**Responsibilities**:
Developing and delivering training videos and other digital content for our employee and customer training

Assist in the creation of training resources and multimedia content (including web-based training, videos, animations, etc.)

Develop and edit content, such as web-based training, videos, and animated content

Create presentations, scripts, and handle camera work

Assist trainers with ongoing video production projects and online live seminars

Manage the video production equipment and software

**Qualifications**:
A degree in a relevant area or comparable professional training in film/video production, media design or media education

Excellent video production and editing skills and proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud programs (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign). Experience with KeyShot would be an advantage

Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills in German and English are a prerequisite

You are customer-focused, outgoing, and confident in dealing with employees at all levels of the company

Ideally, you have good understanding of technical concepts
