The Intelligent Enterprise Solutions (IES) - Innovation Control Center (ICC) is of strategic importance for SAP to achieve its objectives of the REINVENT & IES strategy. Empowering IES with our expertise, state-of-the-art & simplified processes, tools, and frameworks so the organization can focus on delivering great solutions and value for our customers in an agile way.
**THE ROLE**
The student would join a highly engaged team in a global environment and work in close cooperation with our experts in the ICC areas of the Release Management App Test Management, Change, Release and Deployment Management. The students’ focus will be on the Release Management App product team.
The student will be involved in different topics of improvements to our Release Management App, tools, and processes. Therefore, the student will get to know the App product team, an agile product development setup, App development and Change and Release processes in an agile organization.
Main tasks:
- Product backlog management and improvements to tools and processes
- Creating a product team SharePoint page with reporting features
- Assist in product management, coordination, and documentation
- Support an agile product team with a variety of different topics
- Ensure and promote the use of agile methods in the team
- Create own ideas on new topics or improvements
- Drive continuous improvements with focus on quality, simplification, and agility
**ROLE REQUIREMENTS**
- Student (f/m) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Applied Computer Science / Business Informatics or equivalent (all fields of study are equally preferred)
- Language skills: Fluent in English (spoken and written) is mandatory, any other languages would be a plus
- Soft skills: open-minded, highly motivated, proactive, well-organized and with effective communication skills
- Others:
- Quality focus and technical understanding
- Knowledge in Software Development
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and agile frameworks
- Ability to work independently within an international, virtual, and highly diverse team as well as having a positive self-motivated can-do attitude
- Initial working experience or experience through internships, working student employments would be beneficial
