**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Gewährleistung eines optimalen Kundenservices
- Aktive Kundenbetreuung mit individueller, kompetenter und freundlicher Beratung
- Sicherstellung einer ansprechenden Präsentation unseres Warensortiments
- Visual Merchandising mit verkaufsfördernder Warenpräsentation
- Durchführung aller anfallenden Kassiervorgänge
- Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von Reklamationen
- Mitwirkung bei Promotion
- und Marketingaktionen im Store
- Warenannahme, -kontrolle und -verarbeitung
- Mitarbeit bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Inventuren

**Dein **Profil**:

- Teamplayer
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
- Erste Berufserfahrungen, idealerweise im Einzelhandel/ Kundenservice
- Hohe Affinität für Sport und Fashion
- Selbständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Freude an der täglichen Arbeit mit anderen
- Menschen hohe Serviceorientierung
- Einsatzbereitschaft, Flexibilität &Teamfähigkeit (flexibler Einsatzplan, einschließlich Wochenende)

- Receiving and processing complaints
- Assisting with promotional and marketing campaigns in the store
- Receiving, checking and processing goods
- Assisting with the preparation and realisation of inventories

**Your profile**:

- Team player
- Successfully completed commercial vocational training
- First professional experience, ideally in retail/customer service
- High affinity for sports and fashion
- Independent and autonomous way of working
- Excellent communication skills and enjoy working with others on a daily basis
- High service orientation
- Commitment, flexibility & ability to work in a team (flexible work schedule, including weekends)
