SEO & Sea Specialist (M/F/x)

**Your Contribution**:
As SEO & SEA Specialist (M/F/x) you will become part of our dynamic Marketing team driving awareness, conversion, and retention. You will be responsible for implementing SEO efforts, including onsite and offsite optimization, keyword expansion strategies, and technical SEO. You will also oversee paid advertising campaigns to ensure their performance.

**Your Day-to-Day Tasks**:
**SEO -** You develop and execute a long-term SEO strategy that increases traffic, generates high-quality leads, and helps achieve revenue targets. You manage both on-site and off-site SEO for the corporate domains of ITONICS. You perform keyword analysis for new web pages and our multilingual websites (international SEO).

**SEA - **You operate relevant pay-per-click (PPC) accounts such as Google Ads and Bing Ads for ITONICS’ English and German domains.

**PERFORMANCE MONITORING -** You continuously review and improve organic search engine performance. You monitor redirects, bounce rates, and other important web analytics KPIs. You conduct regular site health audits, benchmark our performance against the competition, and present the results in dashboards and reports to the marketing leadership.

**CONTINUOUS DEVELOPMENT - **You keep abreast of the latest SEO and marketing trends, optimize the web presence accordingly, and act as a consultant to other stakeholders.

**TEAM SPIRIT - **You collaborate with content marketing and blog contributors to create high-quality content around important high-intent keywords.

**Your Skills & Qualifications**:

- You have at least 2+ years of professional experience in SEO, SEA and web analytics (ideally in-house in a B2B company or in a SEO agency).
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
- Data-driven SEO, search rankings, optimization factors and algorithm updates make your heart beat faster.
- You are familiar with common SEO tools (e.g. Sistrix, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, MOZ, etc.) as well as Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics).
- You know HTML, CSS and JavaScript basics.
- You already have experience with HubSpot CMS and analytics tools? That's a big plus
- Knowledge of A/B and other testing methods will also give you an edge.
- A proactive work ethic and problem-solving orientation are in your DNA.
- With your strong analytical thinking skills and systematic way of working, you anticipate what comes next and proactively develop solutions.
