**How A Systems Administrator Wil Make An Impact**
- Enter support requests and track issues in the designated issue management system and triage requests
- Experience with Virtualization, Windows, Storage, Linux, SQL, SCCM, and Active Directory.
- Assist and support the development, configuration, testing, and evaluation of Commercial Solutions for Classified (CSfC) solutions.
- Develops technical documentation, system architecture, and system design documentation.
- Provide support to end users on a variety of issues including office automation software, scanning, printing, file recovery, user account management, and password resets.
- Perform cable management to add, move, install, and troubleshoot issues at user workstations and within data center areas.
- Provide management of Active Directory Organizational Unit’s to ensure compliance with organization policy.
- Manage and coordinate executive Video Teleconference meetings and their associated scheduling system.
- Maintain VTC equipment.
- Occasional after hours on-call support.
- Excellent communication skills and detail oriented and organized.
- Experience identifying, analyzing, and resolving system problems.

- ** Education**: A BS/BA in information technology or related industry training in performing systems administration support is preferred.
- ** Skills**:Relevant and related military or government experience performing systems administration support is desired.
- Must be eligible for German TESA

The likely salary range for this position is $93,500 - $126,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.

Total compensation for international positions varies by tax, social security, and immigration statuses, as well as location. Generally, an international assignment may include allowances, premium uplifts, and/or relocation or transportation benefits, above base salary range noted.
