- We are now searching for a

**Working Student Human Resources (M/F/d)** **22€/h**
- on temporary basis for 24 month.
- Become part of our HR team in Hamburg (at the Ottensen or Wilhelmsburg location). You will get to know both the operational and the strategic HR processes. As part of the team, you work independently from the start on the tasks assigned to you and at the same time use your freedom to advance the department with your ideas.

**These are your tasks**:

- You are interested in the processes of HR work and work on different topics as required (e.g. preparing payroll accounting, creating circulars, support with the internal performance assessment process and much more)
- You are actively involved in supporting the HR team, especially the HR managers in day-to-day business
- You communicate independently both in writing and by telephone with managers and employees
- You create documents in preparation for decisions or maintain HR key figures

**The below will enable you to shine in this role**:

- You are a registered full-time student at a university (of applied science)
- You work in a structured, careful and proactive manner
- You have good communication skills for teamwork, which after your induction can also be partly done from the home office
- Fluent German and English skills complete your profile
- Werde Teil unseres HR-Teams in Hamburg (am Standort Ottensen oder Wilhelmsburg). Du lernst dabei sowohl die operativen wie auch die strategischen HR-Prozesse kennen. Als Teil des Teams arbeitest Du von Anfang an eigenständig an den Dir übertragenen Aufgaben und nutzt gleichzeitig Deinen Freiraum, um die Abteilung durch Deine Ideen voranzutreiben.

**Das sind Deine Aufgaben**:

- Du interessierst dich für die Prozesse der Personalarbeit und arbeitest nach Bedarf bei unterschiedlichen Themen mit (z.B. Vorbereitung der Entgeltabrechnung, Erstellung von Rundschreiben, Unterstützung beim internen Leistungsbeurteilungsprozess u.v.a.)
- Du bringst dich aktiv bei der Unterstützung des HR-Teams, insbesondere der HR-Manager im Tagesgeschäft ein
- Du kommunizierst eigenständig sowohl schriftlich als auch telefonisch mit Führungskräften und Mitarbeiter*innen
- Du erstellst entscheidungsvorbereitende Unterlagen oder pflegst HR-Kennzahlen

**Requirements**:

- Du bist eingeschriebene*r Vollzeit-Student*in an einer inländischen Universität/ Fachhochschule
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, sorgfältig und eigeninitiativ
- Du bringst gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten für die Teamarbeit, die nach deiner Einarbeitung auch teilweise aus dem Homeoffice erfolgen kann, mit
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS WORD mit und hast keine Scheu, dich in unsere Tool
- und Anwendungslandschaft einzuarbeiten Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab
