**What we are looking for**
- Support the analysis of data with the aim of identifying opportunities for improvement in different business areas
- Prepare presentations and other visuals for workshops to enable effective communication of Operational Excellence themes and results
- Design and execute surveys to enable the entire Uniper business to listen to the Voice of the Customer
- Support the preparation of the big events: e.g. our yearly Operational Excellence Conference
- Contribute to team meetings and team events
- Possibility to write Master thesis
**Who we are seeking**
- Students following a course of study in engineering, economics or communication in an advanced semester, preferably complemented with an interest in the Lean / Six Sigma / Operational Excellence
- Above-average academic achievements
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS PowerPoint and MS Excel
- Proficiency in English and German
- Willingness to have lots of fun is a must
