To support our MBA programs team, we are looking for a

**Student Assistant, blended/online MBA programs**
(M/F/x, 20h / week, 13€/h, start as soon as possible)

**You will**:

- Support the program managers with organizational and administrative tasks
- Support program participants in-person (on campus), and online
- Prepare program documentation for our participants, including the management of content on our learning management system (Insendi)
- Maintain databases of current and past program participants
- Support the program managers in the preparation and delivery of events (program orientation, social events, graduation, etc)
- Carry out research on various topics
- Prepare and disseminate surveys; review and share findings
- Support faculty to deliver hybrid events and curriculum sessions on an as-needed basis

**You are qualified for this position, because you**:

- Will remain enrolled in a full-time bachelor or master program for at least the next 12 months
- Are fluent in English
- Are detail-oriented and enjoy working with people
- Possess excellent Excel skills and a logical mindset
- Value a well-structured, attentive approach to organization, time, and office, management
- Are able to work independently and willing to take initiative
- Desired but not essential: experience with learning management systems (Insendi), survey software (Qualtrics), and/or CRM systems (Salesforce)
