Workingstudent in Technical Aftersales Starting

**Aufgaben**:
As Mercedes Benz AG, we are no longer planning ordinary cars for the future, but rather computers on wheels. Software peripherals and their updates in our vehicles are becoming more and more important.

As the ITS/GV - IT Technical Aftersales department, we are responsible worldwide for all aftersales topics related to the vehicle, including flashing & coding of vehicles, distribution of vehicle software in the workshops, AS product documentation and connected vehicle.

We are looking for motivated and passionate interns that will join the 4 different teams in Technical Aftersales for completing our team setup with a minimum duration of 1 year.

This posting refers to more available positions with different roles within the 4 teams.

**This are the daily challenges that might come in the different Roles**

1. **Junior Budget Controller
- Y ou will support in preparing the monthly budget report based on information from different supppliers and time-keeping tool
- You will maintain/track the Project timeline.
- You will make the follow-up on financial project documentation with colleagues from the team
- You will support in preparing different project analysis
- You will offer support for any other task required by the Business Controller
- You take responsibility for the controlling of the team and are the contact person in the team for controlling and budget topics
- You ensure compliance with the budget and the correct posting and debiting of our suppliers' invoices
- You will prepare the budget preview and review reports in coordination with the department controlling

- **Communication Specialist
- Design, further development and community management of the internal presence of IT Global Service & Parts on the social intranet
- Writing and collecting contributions in English as well as designing the monthly newsletter
- Creation and implementation of various internal communication measures
- Design, further development and exchange with the squads of our IT transformation initiative
- Independent participation, topic introduction and representation of the department in editorial meetings
- Preparation and support of digital and on-site events such as town halls or workshops
- Support in the internal communication
- Organizational and operational office

- **Junior Product Owner
- End to end automotive software product management
- Internal / external stakeholder management
- Provide architectural solutions for system/software level problems
- Status reporting to project management
- Sprint planning
- Software development
- Risk assessment and mitigation planning

**Qualifikationen**:

- You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Study of Economics or Business Administration, Computer Science, Communication or similar education
- You have good knowledge of MS Office tools (with focus on Excel)
- You have high affinity for team-work and communication
- You have an independent and structured way of working with attention to details
- You speak English fluently and German language is considered a plus
- You're a team player with a service-oriented working style, and as a self-confident person, you always have an eye for the essentials
- Ability to work conceptually, independence, commitment, ability to work in a team
- Motivation, desire to create, interest and open-mindedness for IT topics and new technologies
