**We are looking for**:
A new member for one of our portfolio companies that is a European leader in multicultural and ethnic grocery delivery. They aim to bring people closer to their home and connect different communities to each other through the love for food.

What will keep you challenged?
- Working in close collaboration with the CMO on the growth vision, and taking executive control over the resulting strategy
- Define, own and execute our long term user acquisition strategy
- Manage the strategy & budget for all acquisition channels and optimize channel mix based on performance and ROI
- Lead the strategy, forecasting, planning and execution of initiatives across channels
- Build a culture of testing and experimentation with the goal of continuously optimizing acquisition & engagement
- Support scaling existing channels and identify development of new opportunities for growth and improving efficiencies
- Partner with Product and Commercial teams to drive efficient customer growth, and set a strategic approach to win customers cross-functionally
- Partner with CRM team to build a holistic marketing and lifecycle strategy
- Managing your team of two marketing experts
- Taking ownership of marketing intelligence through the identification of new metrics to measure success, as well as implementing processes that drive efficiency and enable scalability
- Carrying on the company's tradition of being able to execute innovative, bold and fresh marketing strategies in order to continuously outperform competitors

Which traits contribute to your success?
- 3+ years of experience in a Senior position in Growth, Acquisition or Performance Marketing
- Excellent understanding of how to build, develop and scale a top-notch marketing infrastructure
- Ability to take on full responsibility of any performance marketing related projects and beyond
- Ability to quickly identify growth opportunities, and to implement strategies that drive user acquisition
- Fluency in written and spoken English; German, Turkish or Arabic is a plus
