We're looking for an experienced and highly organised **Head of Capital (f/m/d)** who will spar with our CEO and Co-Founder, whilst managing our Capital team, and constantly driving all treasury topics forward for our ecosystem.

**Responsibilities**
- ** Team Leadership & Growth**: Lead and inspire the capital team, fostering a high-performance culture and strong collaboration across departments. Build on the existing team structure while strategically expanding it to meet the evolving capital needs of the project.
- ** Capital Strategy & Growth**: Design and orchestrate capital growth initiatives with the team, creating compelling narratives, identifying market opportunities, and ensuring effective capital flow across the PEAQ ecosystem.
- ** Cross-Department Collaboration**: Partner closely with the Business Development and Ecosystem teams to align capital initiatives with broader organizational goals, ensuring efficiency and long-term sustainability.
- ** Innovation in MachineFi & DeFi**: Collaborate with the Machine DeFi and Business Development teams to develop new concepts around machine financing, liquid machines, and decentralized finance. Ensure these initiatives are well-resourced, strategically leveraged, and supported by strong financial partnerships.
- ** Investor & Partner Relations**: Manage investor engagement throughout the token offering lifecycle, ensuring transparent communication, alignment of incentives, and strong confidence in the project.
- ** Token Utility & Ecosystem Value**: Drive the strategic enhancement of PEAQ’s functional value within the ecosystem—such as staking, governance, reward mechanisms, token-gated access, and cross-platform integrations.
- ** Market & Regulatory Awareness**: Stay ahead of Web3 market trends, emerging technologies (e.g., DeFi, NFTs, tokenized assets), and global regulatory developments to inform strategy and mitigate risks.
- ** Data & CRM Management**: Ensure the accurate and timely collection, management, and reporting of data related to capital prospects, investor engagement, and strategic initiatives within the company’s CRM.
- ** Network Capital Health**: Work with stakeholders, investors, and partners to ensure that capital flow is aligned with the overall health and sustainability of the PEAQ network.

**Basic Qualifications & Requirements**
- 5+ years of experience in crypto, blockchain, or digital asset environments, with hands-on familiarity in tokenomics, DeFi, NFT dynamics, or related Web3 sectors.
- 2+ years of people management experience, leading teams in investor relations, capital formation, or cross-functional business initiatives.
- Demonstrated track record in capital raising or investor relations, preferably driving institutional or crypto-native participation in token offerings or fundraises.
- Robust network among institutional allocators, VCs, DAOs, or family offices, coupled with experience cultivating long-term investor relationships.
- Outstanding communication and strategic leadership skills, able to distill complex digital asset concepts into clear, compelling narratives for internal and external audiences.
- Proven ability to navigate compliance or regulatory frameworks within fundraising contexts or token distribution programs.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with self-starter energy, thriving in fast-paced Web3 environments and defining new processes or opportunities autonomously.

**Preferred Skills & Experience**
- In depth knowledge of multiple blockchain ecosystems (e.g., Ethereum, Polkadot, Solana, Binance, Base).
- BA or MA in Finance, Economics, Business Management, Entrepreneurship, or a related discipline; MBA or FMVA certification is a plus.
- Proven TradFi background (e.g., investment banking, consulting, asset management, capital markets) complementing Web3 fluency is a plus.
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and structuring both equity and token offerings.
- Strategic storyteller adept at preparing pitch decks, RFPs/DDQs, token reports, and investor materials that simplify complex narratives.
- Preparedness to travel globally for investor roadshows, events, and in-person briefings.
