The Investment Consulting division supports pension schemes in all matters related to capital investment. We primarily assist pension fund investors with portfolio construction and implementation of investment decisions.

**Associate Director - Investment / Germany (m/w/d)**

**The role**
- Lead in the support of institutional advisory or fiduciary clients
- Strategic advice on portfolio allocation
- Consulting and implementation support, including the implementation of necessary German and foreign investment infrastructure. This also includes structures for alternative investments (hedge funds, real estate, infrastructure, etc.)
- Expansion of customer relationships
- Management of cooperation with third-party providers (asset managers, KVG, custodians, etc.)
- Thought leadership in connection with regulatory developments
- Professional and disciplinary leadership of a team

**Qualifications**:
**Requirements**:

- Several years of professional experience in the field of capital investment
- Excellent German and English language skills
- Experience with the implementation of investments, e.g., equities, real assets, and/or private equity
- Extensive knowledge of investment supervision law and regulations for the capital investment of pension schemes - **specifically for Germany**:

- Excellent overview of current, practical solutions for regulatory challenges
- Profound knowledge in the areas of capital market and portfolio theory
- Solid knowledge in the areas of fund accounting and performance management is desirable
- Knowledge in actuarial valuation and the balance sheet approach of pension obligations (direct commitment, pension funds, pension schemes) is desirable
- Strong analytical skills, professional appearance, and communication strength
- Enjoyment of teamwork
- High customer and result orientation
- Flexibility and mobility required in the consulting business
