**My duties**
- You are responsible for the alignment of the key HR and business stakeholders in EMEA and the global headquarters on the definition of the EMEA reward strategy
- You monitor and research compensation and benefits trends and evolve the EMEA Compensation & Benefits structure in line with the market, as well as review compensation surveys
- You maintain and further develop the EMEA job and grading structure and consult HR Business Partner and Managers on job values and benchmark strategy
- You focus on providing compensation consultation to relevant stakeholders, leverage central practices and tools to foster and drive for an alignment with global and regional strategies and business requirements while understanding and advocating for locally relevant market conditions and practices
- You effectively partner with HR colleagues and business clients to provide guidance and develop solutions on compensation & benefits related topics
- You ensure that compensation and benefits plans are fair, equitable, competitive, in compliance with current legislation and aligned to the company's strategy and organisational goals
- You design reports and recommendations based on research and analysis
- You manage and steer salary increase and bonus rounds for the EMEA region
- You collaborate with outside vendors, such as salary benchmark providers and benefits vendors
**My qualifications**
- You have successfully completed your studies in the fields of human resources, finance or business administration
- You have proven professional experience as a compensation and benefit specialist (including knowledge of company pension schemes)
- You can provide a high proficiency in Excel along with strong analytical and quantitative skills as well as a high level of conceptual
- You have excellent presentation & communication skills and command of English - both written and spoken
- You have knowledge in the areas of job evaluation and analysis systems
- You have a good understanding of the principles and practices of compensation and benefits systems and legislation in the EMEA region
- You can also provide strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once
- You can demonstrate the ability to effectively manage communication and relationships in matrix organization structure; influence all levels of employees within the organization
- You can provide a strong ethic and a high degree of discretion
- You are highly detailed driven with emphasis on accuracy, coupled with the ability to see the broader picture
- Autonomous & Independent: You have a hands-on mentality with high level of energy and professional skills to function effectively and independently in a demanding, fast-paced change-oriented environment
