**Mission Description**:
**Your mission is to play a pivotal role in enabling customers to navigate Globant’s distinct offerings and transform our capabilities into actionable, results-driven initiatives. You will lead the charge in the Germany and Austria markets by actively participating in go-to-market (GTM) efforts, including attending industry events, conducting customer kick-offs, and responding to RFI and RFP processes.**

**As a solution owner, you will orchestrate the solution architecture by collaborating with various studios of expertise, ensuring seamless alignment between customer needs and Globant’s GeneXus platforms and technical strengths. You will pitch these solutions to customers, demonstrating how Globant’s innovations can move the needle in their business.**

**Additionally, you will oversee and manage the performance of global teams spanning more than 33 countries, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery of solutions that meet customer expectations and contribute to Globant’s continued growth in the region.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Technology Strategy & Leadership**:

- **Develop and execute a forward-thinking technology strategy aligned with business goals, with a focus on cutting-edge innovation in Artificial Intelligence, Cloud & Infrastructure, and CyberSecurity.**
- **Ensure the technical alignment with Privacy by Design and Security by Design principles, Governance standards, and EU regulations (e.g., GDPR, DORA).**
- **Guide the company’s Digital Transformation efforts, driving efficiency and innovation in e-Commerce & e-Business, Software Development, and Data Stewardship.**

**Product Ownership & Development**:

- **Oversee the end-to-end development of products, ensuring scalable, secure, and robust solutions.**
- **Manage the intersection of Product Marketing, e-business, and product innovation, ensuring a strong market presence.**
- **Lead the adoption of Agile Methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, DevOps) for efficient product and service delivery.**

**Executive Collaboration**:

- **Collaborate closely with customer executive team members to ensure technology is a competitive advantage for the business.**
- **Act as a strategic partner to CTO and Product Owners, advocating for innovative technical solutions that align with business needs.**

**Team Leadership**:

- **Mentor and develop high-performance engineering teams, promoting a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning.**
- **Oversee technical recruitment, ensuring diverse, skilled, and innovative teams.**
- **Facilitate a culture that drives career development and cultivates engineering excellence.**

**Data and Infrastructure**:

- **Spearhead the cloud infrastructure strategy, ensuring secure, scalable systems that support growth.**
- **Implement data governance protocols to ensure the integrity, security, and effective use of enterprise data.**

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:

- **5+ years in leadership roles within technology, including experience as a CTO, VP of Technology, Head of Engineer or similar executive position.**
- **Strong experience in at least one domain BISF, Retail, Health & Pharma**
- **Demonstrated expertise in Cloud Infrastructure, AI/ML, DevSecOps, and GDPR compliance.**
- **Strong experience in Solution Architecture and software development (AI-focused), with a record of driving digital transformation.**
- **Previous experience in cross-functional management and leading large technical teams through major transformations.**
- **Public speaking.**
