**What you can do with us**:

- Close cooperation with colleagues in the team as well as with other departments.
- Process files in a commercially effective manner and maintain CRM systems.
- Collecting feedback from clients and customers and thus supporting the improvement of technology and services.
- Further development of internal processes and structures to strengthen the own team.

**What you should bring for it**:

- Mandatory business fluent communication skills in Italian and very good knowledge of English and/or German (written and spoken).
- Initial experience in B2C customer service via phone, ideally in the FinTech industry; experience in the debt collection industry is a big plus.
- Passion for contributing to fast-paced environments and to improve processes and standards.
- Good MS Office skills and interest in various technologies such as AI.
