**Discover your exciting role**:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Product Owner (Data & Analytics) (M/F/d) to join our dynamic team in Stuttgart. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of a product vision that aligns with our company’s strategic objectives and meets customer needs. As the key interface between the business, customers, and the product team, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality IT products that add significant value to both our customers and the organization. This position involves full lifecycle management of products and related services, including cost management, budgeting, SLA adherence, and overall service performance.
You will collaborate closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure that the Data & Analytics platform continues to evolve and meets the organization's objectives

**Explore your tasks and responsibilities**:

- Oversee the operation and maintenance of all product-related business and IT services, ensuring availability and capacity management are upheld
- Develop and manage product roadmaps in alignment with business objectives and IT strategies
- Take responsibility for the design and implementation of new or modified business and IT services, ensuring successful and timely service delivery
- Regularly track and monitor the performance of all product-related IT services as well as the performance of vendors
- Work with stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and translate them into service requirements. Act as a key stakeholder, keeping a deep understanding of market and industry trends
- Collaborate with the product team to ensure they understand the product vision and are designing features that meet business and partner needs
- Identify potential risks and proactively mitigate them while continually seeking ways to improve processes and efficiency in product development

**Show your expertise**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field.
- Many years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role in product management, with experience in Agile methodologies/frameworks.
- Strong understanding of the product lifecycle and experience with tools such as SAP SAC/BI, Microsoft Azure, Power BI, and other reporting tools.
- Proven experience leading and managing software development teams, with the ability to mentor team members and enforce best practices
- Excellent organizational skills, time management, and the ability to solve complex problems with creative solutions.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
- Proficient in both German and English
