**Aufgaben und Verantwortung des Stelleninhabers**
- Durchführen von QP-Prüfungen gemäß Prüfplan
- Freigeben von Materialien, die allen Anforderungen entsprechen
- Korrekturmaßnahmen im Rahmen der Vorgaben einleiten und durchgeführte Maßnahmen überprüfen
- Sperren von nicht korrigierbaren Produkten ggf. in Absprache mit den Vorgesetzten
- Teilnahme an Schulungen / Unterweisungen um stets über die erforderlichen Kenntnisse zu verfügen
- Einhalten / Befolgen aller im betroffenen Bereich bestehenden Regelungen und Anweisungen

**Lackspezifische und fachspezifische Anforderungen**

Lacktechnische Grundkenntnisse und Prüferfahrung hinsichtlich:

- Viskosität, Rheologie (Auslaufbecher, Rheometer)
- Kornfeinheit
- Glanz
- Dichte
- pH-Wert
- Deckvermögen
- Schichtdicke
- Leitfähigkeit

**Arbeitsplatzabhängig sind zusätzlich folgende Anforderungen zu erfüllen**:

- Visuelle und farbmetrische Farbtonbeurteilung
- Applikation von Proben

**Allgemeine Anforderungen**:

- Beherrschen der deutschen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
- Mathematische Grundkenntnisse (Dreisatz, Prozentrechnen)
- EDV-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel und Word
- Teamfähigkeit
- Keine gesundheitlichen Beeinträchtigungen (z.B. Allergien gegen Rohstoffe, Halbfabrikate, )
- Statistische Grundkenntnisse
- QM-Instrumente (8D-Reports, FMEA)
- Problemlösungsmethoden
