As a Teamlead at SUNZINET you have the chance to professionalize your first leadership experience in the digital industry and to work on exciting projects.

**Your Tasks**:

- Disciplinary leadership as well as strategic and methodical development of your team
- Commercial planning, control on team and customer level
- Analysis of customers, their business models and target group needs for the strategic development of customers with your team
- Active participation in exciting digital projects and consulting your customers and your team
- Idea development and sparring with your colleagues for the further development of the agency

**Your Profile**:

- Several years of professional experience in the field of user experience, digital marketing or project management
- You already have some leadership experience
- You are a team player, role model and motivator for your team
- Creative mind with strategic affinity
- Experience in the digital agency environment desirable
- Fluent German language skills (C1)
