**Your mission**

You are the leading expert in product analytics, both technically and professionally. With your experience, you will drive the data-driven development of our product portfolio. As a leader, you will support your talented team of analysts, helping them grow both professionally and in their content expertise, enabling them to improve their daily work and guide our product roadmap with their actionable recommendations. Additionally, you will be the primary point of contact for our Senior Product Leadership regarding the most strategically important projects from a data perspective.

**Here's how you'll make an impact**:

- You lead the Product Analytics department, engaging with stakeholders and being part of the larger data organization.
- You continuously enhance product analytics so that all product colleagues can make data-driven decisions with confidence.
- You prioritize, lead, and implement product analytics projects from start to finish, closely coordinating with stakeholders to ensure these projects achieve the desired impact on our product success.
- You collaborate closely with colleagues from Data Engineering, Software Engineering, and Product Management.
- You define standards for product analytics at sevDesk, including areas such as data visualization, A/B testing, web tracking deep-dive insights, and the establishment of key performance indicators (KPIs).
- You provide technical guidance to a team of three data analysts.

**Your Qualification**:

- At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Product Analyst, ideally with managerial experience in a SaaS business.
- A degree in (business) informatics, economics, (business) mathematics, or a related field.
- A strong understanding of statistics, particularly in the context of A/B testing.
- Experience in leveraging data to create impact, including proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Looker, Snowflake, Redshift, or similar tools.
- A strategic perspective on topics, with the ability to unite colleagues and stakeholders around a common goal.
- A proactive mindset, with the ability to implement solutions flexibly for both your role and the company.
