Then we will look forward to meeting you **Your responsibilities** - Translate Uniper core market beliefs and corporate strategy into concrete ideas for portfolio developments; partner across the organization with competent functions (e.g. main interface with CCO) to conduct strategic analysis that can be articulated into the "so what" for growth planning - Develop market and hub-specific asset portfolio strategies and concrete hunting schemes for strategic programs considering market, competitor, and regulatory aspects (to establish and assess new types of business cases and derive Uniper ambition levels MW, CAPEX, timing) - Identify overall portfolio constraints, risks and threats propose portfolio play opportunities and investment optionality, consequentially work with the growth business lines to translate these into the plan (e.g. new hunting schemes, new strategies, constraints, capabilities) - Take the lead in defining cross-pillar strategies as an enabler for growth projects (e.g. battery strategy as support for RES and GPG, strategic prioritization of projects at Energy Hub sites) and support business development in growth business lines - Partner up within Uniper to provide competence for commercial valuation of assets as input and quality assurance to support development of business cases (operations and growth) - Develop a center of excellence for tender and auction management (auction framework analysis, competitor analysis, alignment of bidding strategy between CCO and growth functions in context of portfolio impact) - Provide expert energy economic assessment and guidance to operational business and growth projects **Your profile** - You have the passion and drive for leadership following the Uniper way and a strong commitment to continuous improvement and business excellence - You are able to develop trustful relationships in a multi-cultural, diverse and inclusive working environment, partnering with others to get complex work done - You have extensive experience in the world of energy economics with a passion for transformation and new opportunities and you have a proven track record in defining new business development strategies - You have a strength in clear communication, in powerful storytelling and visualization of big pictures - You have a passion for understanding complexity and for the energy transition puzzle, you are able to inspire and motivate your team to join into this passion to deliver outstanding results - You combine analytical strength with great ability to facilitate discussion and discovery among experts from various areas, you keep the debate simple and focused and you are motivated by enabling the move from plan to execution - You have a high ability to organize your team to get multiple tasks pursued and results consistently combined - You are committed to personal development and growth for both yourself and your team **Your benefits** At Uniper, we not only reward our employees with attractive salaries, an excellent company pension and health related benefits for their hard work and dedication to shaping the future energy transition.
