**QA Specialist (m/w/d) Schwerpunkt computergestützte Systeme & GxP**:
**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Sicherstellung der Compliance computergestützter Systeme (lokal, bereichs
- und funktionsübergreifend) mit globalen regulatorischen Anforderungen sowie den internen CRL-Standards
- Freigabe und Überwachung der Implementierung und Instandhaltung dieser Systeme gemäß aktueller regulatorischer Vorgaben
- Unterstützung bei der Validierung von Computersystemen (CSV) sowie bei Qualifizierungsprojekten für technisches Equipment
- Mitwirkung bei der Einführung elektronischer Dokumentations
- und Managementtools für Gerätequalifizierungen
- Organisation und Durchführung risikobasierter Inspektionen von Laboren, Anlagen und Systemen; Erstellung von Auditberichten und Verfolgung von CAPAs
- Analyse und Berichterstattung qualitätsrelevanter KPIs sowie Unterstützung der vierteljährlichen Management Reviews (QMR)
- Kontinuierliche Optimierung bestehender Systeme und Prozesse im Hinblick auf regulatorische Anforderungen, Effizienz und Best Practices
- Eskalation identifizierter Compliance-Lücken und aktive Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung bzw. Überarbeitung von Richtlinien und SOPs
- Unterstützung des QA-Teams bei regulatorischen und qualitätsbezogenen Fragestellungen
- Review und Freigabe studienbezogener Dokumentation mit Fokus auf Prozessoptimierung

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches, technisches oder vergleichbares Studium
- 1-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement innerhalb eines GxP-regulierten Umfelds (z. B. Pharma, Biotech, Auftragsforschung)
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit computergestützten Qualitätssystemen (z. B. TrackWise, Veeva oder vergleichbar) und Kenntnisse in der Computer System Validation (CSV)
- Vertraut mit regulatorischen Anforderungen (FDA, EMA, GxP) und Qualitätssystemen
- Strukturierte, proaktive Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Team
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
