This Position reports to:
Production Supervisor
**Tasks**
- Set-up of plastic tools and peripheral equipment up to production release
- Set-up of robot systems with existing programs (Wittmann, Arburg, ABB)
- Set-up of peripherals e.g. screwing devices, automatic packaging machines, conveyor belts, box changers, material supply, material drying
- Setting and monitoring of process quality parameters according to AAW
- Carry out quality controls according to specifications (QDAS)
- ALS order and maintenance management
- Supervision of interns, leasing employees, working students etc.
- Active participation in CIP workshops for process optimization
- Take over machine operation during vacation and illness
- Substitute for the foreman
**Requirements**:
- Training as a process mechanic for plastics and rubber
- At least three years of specialist professional experienceKnowledge of Engel/Arburg machines, the Arburg host computer system, QDAS and basic knowledge of 2-component injection molding technology desirable
- Willingness to work in 3-shift operation
- Experience as (deputy) foreman or shift supervisor advantageous
- PC skills (esp. SAP, MS Office)
