**Job Mission**:
Treasury reporting, analysis, payments processing, FX Trading and Risk Management, Innovations and digitalization.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Preparation, development of Group’s periodic Treasury reporting and analysis
- Perform daily operational activities with banks including trade execution (FX Spot, MM, etc.), Trade Finance products administration, Payment initialization
- Hands-on experience in monitoring and supporting Treasury dealing operations, including: pre-trade compliance checking, execution, and other operational duties (Market Research, Reviews Daily Reporting)
- Risk Management - fraud prevention, implementation of latest market trends, trainings for subsidiaries, regular monitoring
- Promote a risk-aware culture, ensure efficient and effective risk and compliance management practices by adhering to required standards and processes
- Supporting the development and documentation of regional Treasury processes
- Monitoring foreign exchange rates, interest rates, bank credit ratings, Preparation of miscellaneous reports
- Systematic retention and maintenance of financial, legal, corporate, and transaction-related documents and correspondence
- Assists in the operations of Treasury Department, Workshops for subsidiaries
- Participation in various projects (Digitalization, E-commerce, SAP Innovations)
- Communication with subsidiaries and affiliates

**Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Economics (or equivalent)
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in Finance Department
- Experience with ERP System (SAP) preferred
- Ability to manage daily time-sensitive tasks
- Pro-active, able to work independently, strong analytical communication skills, organizational skills and good time management skills are required
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize in a fast paced, collaborative environment
- Drive, motivation, promotion of new ideas and positive attitude (willingness to accept feedback and improve)
- Integrity, excellence, professionalism, and teamwork
- Excellent English language skills (German: at least B2)
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
